Member of the "Truffe Emotion" label, Françoise and Patrick welcome you to Pavillon M for a gourmet weekend centered around black truffles: the melanosporum.


This culinary experience is offered over a weekend, from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Everything is included: 2 nights in a double room, breakfasts, as well as meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch and dinner, and activities on Saturday.


On Friday, after your check-in and perhaps some relaxation time in our spa, you will begin your stay with a delicious truffle-themed meal, from aperitif to dessert. On Saturday, you will explore the famous truffle market in Richerenches, the Truffle and Wine Museum, a winery, and a truffle farm. Accompanied by the truffle grower and his dog, you will take part in a truffle hunt, a fun and unforgettable experience!

Combine your truffle-themed stay with a true moment of relaxation in our spa, and unwind with the help of our professional masseuse (additional cost and prior reservation required).
Pavillon M has 5 rooms and can be privatized for a maximum of 10 people.

**Friday**


14:30: Welcome & room check-in.

19:30: Aperitif & truffle-themed dinner (appetizers, starter, main course, and dessert) excluding drinks.



**Saturday**


09:00: Gourmet breakfast

10:15: Visit to the Richerenches market to discover the secret world of truffle merchants and local producers' stands. Visit the Truffle and Wine Museum.

12:30: Return to Pavillon M for a truffle omelette tasting (truffle omelette, salad, cheese, and dessert) excluding drinks.

14:30: Truffle hunting demonstration with a truffle dog at Domaine de Bramarel in Grignan

16:30: Visit of the cellar & wine tasting with a local winemaker

19:30: Traditional meal (starter, main course, and dessert) excluding drinks



**Sunday**


08:30 - 10:00: Gourmet breakfast

11:00 at the latest: Departure from Pavillon M and/or visit to the Saint-Paul 3 Châteaux truffle market.


Spa access at 30€ per person/day. Jacuzzi/Hammam/Sauna are available only by prior reservation 48 hours before the stay and only on Friday afternoon and Saturday.

The Spa is not available on Sunday morning.

Excellent séjour autour de la truffe. Françoise et Patrick nous ont fait découvrir le diamant noir sous toutes ses facettes. On a adoré le petit-déjeuner et le  repas autour de la truffe préparés par Françoise. Les massages sont un vrai plus pour se relaxer en fin de journée.

A perfect truffle experience

We loved our stay at Pavillon M at Grignan. The owners, Françoise & Patrick are so nice and helpful. Their very modern villa is really beautiful. Thank you to both of them for making us discover the black truffle. We will come back with friends in summer to see the lavender fields.

Cadeau de Noël de mon chéri. Un endroit design juste exceptionnel. Tout est sobre, beau et luxueux. Propriétaires chaleureux et sympas. Le menu truffes était vraiment excellent. Super petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choses fait maison.  Agréable moment au Domaine de Bramarel avec explications détaillées et démonstration de cavage avec leurs deux chiens dressés. Merci à Sandra pour le massage au top.

Kleines, charmantes Luxushotel

Ein echtes Erlebnis für Trüffelfans. Es war alles perfekt. Die Trüffelsuche mit dem Hund war sehr interessant. Wir haben viel mit Françoise und Patrick gesprochen, da sie aus Luxemburg stammen und auch Deutsch sprechen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und werden wiederkommen, um die  Lavendelfelder zu sehen.
